Job Description

Position Objective:
- Provide services as a Contract Analyst in support of the overall functions of the Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Office of Acquisitions (OA) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-Award Acquisition Support + Support acquisition planning for construction, AE, facilities, and ORF-managed service requirements + Conduct and document market research in support of acquisition strategies + Prepare solicitation packages (e.

Basic Qualifications:
- + •Bachelor's Degree required•+ •Minimum of 5 years of federal acquisition experience, including construction, AE (Architect-Engineer), or facilities-related contracts•+ •Demonstrated experience performing duties equivalent to a GS-12 Contract Specialist•+ •Strong working knowledge of FAR Parts 12, 15, 36, and 43•
Preferred Qualifications:
