Overview We are looking for a Contract Intake Specialist to take on the role of first voice, listener and welcomer for the women who reach out to 431 Ministries. This role is the front door of our ministry, directly touching the lives of these women through phone calls, messaging, and emails. The Contract Intake Specialist screens an average of 6-12 new clients each month and directs each woman into the 431 journey on the path that fits her needs. Intake Specialist duties include scheduling, screening, documenting, connecting and transitioning the actions required to move a woman from first contact into active support with the Client Advocates.

Contract Pay scale: $25 per closed/no response intakes, $110 for intakes completed with initial call and next steps identified. Training will be provided and compensated at a flat rate of $200 for up to 10 hours. If fewer than 10 hours are required, the full amount will still be paid on the pay date following the completion of the third intake call. DUTIES Schedule and complete inquiry phone calls or intake meetings with new clients Serve as the point person for all initial contacts and communication for the purpose of screening an average of 4-10 clients per month; with an estimate of 1-3 hours per client from process start to finish Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and tracking in Casebook and other internal systems, including key thoughts and next steps Add communication preferences to messaging applications in order to allow clients to stay connected to as-needed services Assist in communication around Known Seen Loved™ Community (KSLC) opportunities, including classes, events, and gatherings, as appropriate for each woman's individual needs Work closely with the Client Advocates and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions between care and next steps Collect and share impact stories with the team for marketing and developments

Warm, patient phone presence and genuine comfort with sensitive conversations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong follow-through and documentation discipline Strong discipleship skills with ability to motivate and encourage others Comfort with client databases and messaging tools (Casebook experience a plus) Ability to hold confidentiality with care Associate's Degree or higher in a related field Alignment with the mission and values of 431
Ministries Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 6.0 per week
