Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in office Key Responsibilities Contract Management & Legal Risk Lead the review, redlining, negotiation, and execution of client, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor agreements. Draft, maintain, and enhance contract templates, playbooks, SOPs, and negotiation guidelines. Lead and develop the Contracts Team, providing guidance on contractual risk, negotiation strategy, escalation, and decision-making. Research laws, regulations, and contractual requirements and advise the business on compliance and risk. Background Screening & Compliance Lead oversight of background screening and drug-testing programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Oversee Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action processes, including Individualized Assessments and compliant adjudication practices. Ensure screening programs align with client contracts, supplier requirements, and applicable regulations. Employment Law, Workplace & Regulatory Compliance Oversee employment law and workplace compliance matters in partnership with HR and leadership, including employee relations, accommodations, wage and hour, leave, workers' compensation, and other employment-related requirements. Provide guidance on federal, state, and local employment laws and translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and policies. Partner with HR and leadership on workplace matters and investigations, ensuring appropriate processes and compliance. Provide guidance to leadership and internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements affecting business operations. Compliance, Audits & Risk Management Lead responses to client compliance audits and oversee remediation and corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop practical, risk-based solutions to compliance and business issues. Insurance & Workers' Compensation Oversee the company's business insurance programs, renewals, certificates of insurance, and client-specific insurance requirements. Oversee workers' compensation claims management, annual audits, and compliance processes. Leadership & Process Improvement Lead, mentor, and develop team members across assigned functional areas. Provide education and ongoing guidance to teams on contractual, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.About US Tech Solutions:
