Job Description
Contract Manager - Construction - REMOTE PositionOur client, a national construction company, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support construction and engineering operations. This is a management role that will oversee the contracting process and personnel and work closely with business leaders on contract review, negotiation, risk management, and vendor agreements.
Large-scale commercial construction contracts experience is required. Data center experience is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesManage and review construction contracts, change orders, releases, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Partner with business leaders, Procurement, and Legal on contract negotiations and risk.
Prepare contract redlines, revisions, and amendments.
Manage and support other contracts personnel.
Interpret contract terms and identify potential business and legal risks.
Maintain contract templates and processes.
Ensure contracts are reviewed and completed within required timelines.
