(OSI) is a prime contractor to the federal government, providing Acquisition Support Services to federal agencies to augment an agency's acquisition workforce. OSI augments federal agencies' acquisition staff with contractor employees who are experienced & trained in federal government contract administration (Pre-Award & Post-Award). 2) OSI is currently recruiting to fill a
CONTRACT SPECIALIST
position under an existing contract to augment the acquisition staff of the Department of the Interior - National Park Service. The person in this position will assist the National Park Service acquisition staff in life cycle (Pre-Award & Post-Award) administration of Construction and Architect-Engineer contracts in accordance with FAR Part 36. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and the work location is REMOTE. This is not an entry-level position . Applicants must have general experience in federal government contracting and specific experience in federal Construction and Architect-Engineer contracts. Requirements 3) Applicants for this position MUST have federal government contract administration experience for Construction and Architect-Engineer contracts from employment in one or more of the following
Qualifying Employment Categories:
(a) Federal agency employee in a GS-1102 Contracting occupation. Example- Contracting Officer; Contract Specialist; Contract Administrator; Procurement Analyst; Price/Cost Analyst; or (b) Federal agency employee in a GS-1105 Purchasing occupation. Example- Purchasing Agent; Supervisory Purchasing Agent; or (c) Military Service Member in a Contracting Military Occupational Specialty ., Officer, Noncommissioned Officer, or Petty Officer in a C ontracting Military Occupational Specialty (Army; Navy; Air Force; Marine Corps; Coast Guard; including Reserve & National Guard components). Example- Army Officer Functional Area 51 or Army
NCO MOS 51C
; Air Force Officer MOS 64P3 or Air Force
NCO MOS 6C071
; or (d) A combination of experience in Categories (a), (b), and (c) above. 4) Individuals who possess the prerequisite qualifications should send their resume to the OSI HR Department as soon as possible.
