Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts & Proposals Administrator to join our team. This dual-purpose role is critical to our federal growth. You will directly support the administration, compliance, and management of our
NASA SEWP VI
contract vehicle. Additionally, you will coordinate and organize federal government proposal efforts in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs). Key Responsibilities Contract Administration (NASA SEWP VI): Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for the SEWP VI vehicle. Track, log, and monitor task orders, modifications, and delivery schedules. Ensure strict compliance with SEWP VI contract terms, reporting deadlines, and fee structures. Act as a central point of contact for internal sales teams and federal program managers regarding order status. Maintain clean, audit-ready contract files and database entries.
Proposal Coordination & Support:
Analyze federal RFPs to help establish proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules. Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), and daily status calls. Manage the proposal workspace, version control, and document repository (SharePoint/Teams). Track and compile standard proposal artifacts, past performances, resumes, and corporate capabilities. Review drafts for formatting consistency, grammar, and alignment with RFP instructions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in federal contracting, proposal coordination, or IT integration administration. Familiarity with major federal contract vehicles (experience with
NASA SEWP
V or SEWP VI preparations is a major plus). Basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement processes. Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
