$135,000 - $160,000 Contracts Manager Were seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of organizational contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting operational excellence. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, managing contract administration, tracking obligations, and maintaining centralized records. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Contracts Manager will play a critical role in supporting organizational growth and continuity. What Youll Do Contract Administration Draft, review, negotiate, track, and maintain a centralized repository of contracts, including vendor, consultant, service, data-sharing, partnership, and other business agreements. Manage internal contract review and approval workflows to ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and operational leaders to ensure contracts contain appropriate risk management and compliance provisions. Monitor contract renewals, expirations, amendments, and extensions, proactively communicating key deadlines. Maintain organized contract records and ensure stakeholders have access to relevant documentation and contract terms. Compliance & Risk Management Stay informed of federal, state, and local regulations impacting contractual obligations. Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement. Support audits, reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives related to contract administration. Process Improvement & Reporting Recommend and implement tools, systems, and workflows that improve contract management efficiency. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to contract routing, retention, and compliance tracking. Prepare reports on contract status, upcoming milestones, key deadlines, and outstanding obligations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 6+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, risk management, or a related function. Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred. Familiarity with contract compliance standards and risk mitigation best practices. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of contract terminology, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or tracking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
