Executive Administrator Osborne HomeCare Group | Based in Chesterfield, MO | Remote / Hybrid Opportunity $55,000-$65,000/year, commensurate with experience About Us Osborne HomeCare Group is a national, founder-operated boutique M&A firm specializing in change-of-ownership transactions for agencies that provide personal in-home care for older and disabled adults. We work with sellers, buyers, and strategic planners, providing business valuations, exit planning, sale preparation, and deal execution. Our six-person team is close-knit, mission-driven, and deeply engaged in a high-growth, meaningful industry. The Role We're looking for a highly organized Executive Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our deal execution and acquisitions teams. You'll coordinate high-value, multi-party home care M&A transactions from initial buyer engagement through closing. What You'll Do Coordinate prospective purchaser screening, qualification calls, and communications Prepare marketing materials and compile business data for active opportunities Support the valuation team by generating financial and operational reports Own due diligence tracking once transactions are under contract, keeping trackers current and stakeholders aligned Assist in preparing schedules for legal transaction documents, coordinating with attorneys, sellers, and buyers Maintain the firm's project tracker and support weekly resource planning meetings What We're Looking For Prior experience as an executive administrator, project coordinator, or similar role Exceptional organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Adobe Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented
Pay:
