We are looking for a Government Contracts Manager to serve as OFD's primary subject-matter expert for government contract compliance. The position interprets contractual and regulatory requirements, manages company-wide compliance activities, supports bids and proposals, and helps ensure OFD meets its obligations as a government contractor. The role focuses primarily on Department of War business while supporting other federal, state, and local government requirements You will get to: Develop innovative strategies to initiate and expand business with both new and existing Serve as OFD's primary subject-matter expert on government contract compliance and contract administration. Review, interpret, and administer government solicitations, contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and related agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Advise leadership on contract requirements, negotiations, regulatory obligations, and business risks associated with government contracting. Manage compliance with FAR, DFARS, customer flow-down requirements, SAM.gov registrations, certifications, reporting, and contract records . Lead company-wide compliance with government contracts related to cybersecurity, ethics, labor requirements, subcontract management, disclosures, training, and recordkeeping. Partner with internal stakeholders to implement contractual requirements, maintain audit readiness, and support government and customer reviews. Monitor regulatory changes, assess compliance risks, and develop corrective actions, policies, and internal controls. Support government proposals, contract actions, audits, disputes, and other compliance matters in coordination with leadership and legal counsel. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis. Be responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices. Embody OFD's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department and company culture.
