Provides oversight and direction to the team members in accordance with OFD's policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who has: Direct experience administerin g federal government contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and contract flow-down requirements , with the ability to interpret contract terms, assess risk, and provide practical business guidance Government experience as a 1102 Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer highly preferred. Experience managing federal contract actions generally ranging from $100K to $50M. Defense Acquisition Corps membership and DAWIA Level III Contracting certification (or current equivalent) highly preferred. Experience supporting DoD, DLA, defense industry, or other federal government contracts preferred. CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, or similar professional certifications preferred. Strong knowledge o f FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition regulations , Including the ability to interpret requirements and provide practical business guidance. Working knowledge of
CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS
cybersecurity requirements, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
