Job Description SummaryThe Customer Contract Manager located in Djelfa is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, legal compliance, and commercial objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between the business, the legal department, and the customer to mitigate risk and maximize contract value throughout the lifecycle of the agreement.

Demonstrate responsibility for the financial performance of the backlog for all contractual and transactional service activities within the sub region.
Partner with Product Line Leaders to drive productivity programs to drive cost out, customer availability and reliability, etc.
Foster collaboration between parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other critical areas to ensure service excellence for our customers.
Develop services business strategy for defined portfolio and provide feedback on market dynamics.
Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and be the focal point for customer issue resolution and implement strategies to maximize our business activities from those customers.
Lead sub region Fleet's efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence and implement Operation Safety Policy instructions.
Lead sub region efforts to drive continuous improvement through Lean principles aimed at delivering service support to our customers that meets their business needs. Drive operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 7 years total experience with at least 3 years of Gas Power Services experiencePeople Leadership experienceEnglish, French and Arabic speaker Desired Characteristics Highly collaborative with demonstrated capability for driving changeStrong experience in budgeting, cash, pacing and invoices.
Demonstrated capability in leading through influence in a matrixed global organizationDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsExperience interfacing with customersCustomer-focused with clear, concise written and oral communications to the appropriate levelPractical knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma techniques including Hoshin KanriHumble, open, collaborative, and continuously learningOne Team mentality, leading horizontally to support our customers despite internal hurdles
