Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support a variety of administrative, research, and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with documentation, communications with external organizations, proposal preparation, and research related to business opportunities and public agencies. The position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling diverse responsibilities in a remote work environment . Key Responsibilities Assist with completing forms, applications, and administrative documentation Communicate with insurance providers, public agencies, and other external stakeholders Review and skim contracts to identify key points and summarize important information Assist with editing and formatting proposals and documents in Microsoft Word Maintain and organize Excel spreadsheets and internal records Conduct research on public agencies, infrastructure owners, and procurement opportunities Call or email public project owners and agencies to obtain information when needed Support the preparation and organization of proposals and submissions Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to review and summarize documents such as contracts Comfortable communicating with external organizations by phone and email Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience with contracts, proposals, or administrative documentation Familiarity with construction, engineering, or professional services firms Experience with research and information gathering
Pay:
