Parcel Audit and Contract Specialist

Responsibilities:

Lead enhancements to the parcel invoice audit program to increase recovery and contract-compliance savings Improve audit logic, workflows, and exception handling to reduce leakage (surcharges, DIM, zones, accessorials, service failures) Build/refine client reporting dashboards and executive-ready savings summaries Serve as internal SME for parcel best practices (UPS/FedEx billing, contract terms, dispute/refund processes) Support high-value parcel contract initiatives and strategic bid events (data prep, lane/package profile analysis, evaluation support)

Must-Haves:

Direct parcel experience with UPS or FedEx and/or hands-on parcel audit firm experience Proven experience driving parcel savings via invoice audit, reporting, and contract compliance Experience supporting parcel contract management and/or bid events Strong analytical skills (Excel required; BI/SQL a plus) Not a fit if: You're primarily a general logistics/warehouse professional without parcel audit + carrier billing depth #IND101
