Job Description

About This Opportunity Sourcewise is the designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for Santa Clara County, responsible for planning, funding, and coordinating services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. Since 1973, we have been the connective tissue between community need and community response. We are looking for a detail-oriented, systems-minded Planner & Contract Analyst to join our Planning & Compliance team. This is a role where your analytical rigor and regulatory knowledge directly translate into better outcomes for the people we serve. What You'll Do Monitor, analyze, and report on contracted service delivery data using CARS, OAAPS, and other state and federal reporting portals Provide compliance support and technical assistance to contracted service agencies and internal programs Process and reconcile contracted service invoices; support fiscal and grant monitoring activities Interpret and implement local, state, and federal regulations including the Older Americans Act (OAA) Develop and update procedural documents and best practices for the AAA and contracted service providers Support the Area Planner in program management, RFP processes, and corrective action planning Provide administrative support to the Sourcewise Advisory Council, including meeting minutes and membership management Attend community events and build cooperative relationships with providers, government agencies, and community-based organizations
What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, accounting, government, or a related field; or 5 years of equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in complex data collection systems and data analysis 1-2 years of experience with accounting principles, invoice reconciliation, and grant management Knowledge of Older Americans Act (OAA) programs, services, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 — Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with limited direction Experience working with or for nonprofit organizations preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with California Department of Aging systems, CARS, OAAPS, or Area Plan development Knowledge of AAA compliance requirements and community planning processes Bilingual in Spanish or another language spoken by Santa Clara County's older adult population About Sourcewise Sourcewise provides adults and their caregivers with the tools and services they need to effectively navigate their health and life options.
