Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA. Program Manager (PM) The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the single point of contact for this contract. The PM shall be an employee of the prime contractor and will be the Contractor's primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other Government stakeholders. The PM shall have the authority to act and make commitments on behalf of the Contractor in the execution of this contract. The PM is responsible for the overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the Contractor's team.
Key Responsibilities:
The PM's primary responsibility is the successful execution of this performance management contract. The PM is not responsible for the direct delivery of IT services but for overseeing the Contractor's team in its role of providing objective oversight and analysis of the BEMSD portfolio and associated vendors. •
Contract Management & Execution:
Provide overall leadership for the Contractor team, ensuring all contract requirements, deliverables, and timelines are met. •
Performance Oversight Leadership:
Direct the development and implementation of the Performance Management Framework, ensuring the data, dashboards, and analyses CBP/SAS/BEMSD/Service Delivery and Resource Allocation Management Support produced by the team provide the Government with clear, actionable insights into portfolio and vendor performance. •
Team Management & Quality Assurance:
Maintain appropriate staffing levels with qualified personnel and implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all analytical products and reports delivered to the Government. •
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the central point of communication, managing relationships with Government stakeholders to ensure the Contractor's efforts are aligned with strategic oversight objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a business, management, or technical field. •
Experience:
o Fifteen (15) or more years of Program/Project Management experience leading enterprise-level programs. o Ten (10) or more years of experience leading multi-disciplined teams on projects of high complexity. o Demonstrated experience managing programs that required developing strategic visions and implementing data-driven performance management frameworks. •
Certification:
Possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. •
Skills:
Must demonstrate proficiency in effective oral and written communication, leadership of technical and analytical teams, and interpretation of management policies and directives.
Required Security Clearance:
US Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance is required; active DHS CBP clearance is preferred " Outstanding Performance…Always!"
