Proposal Analyst, Senior What You Will Be Doing As a Level 4 Proposal Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial foundation of AMMM (C-130J, C-5, P-3) development and sustainment programs. Serving as a pricing expert, you will partner across engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer-facing teams to develop accurate, data-driven cost estimates and pricing packages. This high-visibility role directly supports proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and long-term program planning, ensuring pricing approaches are competitive, defensible, and aligned with both customer requirements and corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as a pricing expert supporting AMMM development and sustainment programs (C-130J, C-5, P-3) Develop accurate, data-driven cost estimates and pricing packages for proposals and negotiations Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer-facing teams Support proposal submissions and contract negotiations with well-supported financial analysis Contribute to long-term program planning through pricing and cost strategy development Ensure pricing approaches are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer and corporate expectations Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strengthen proposal strategies What's In It For You From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Who You Are You are a detail-oriented and analytical pricing professional with strong experience in cost estimating, financial analysis, and proposal development. You are driven to continuously improve processes, enhance data quality, and contribute to the overall success of development and sustainment programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree 3+ years of experience in a pricing / estimating related field Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets. Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 proposal requirements.
Desired Skills:
Estimating and/or Pricing Experience. Negotiations experience. Knowledge of the proposal process and BOEs. Current Secret clearance.
PROPRICER
experience. Excellent written, oral, and task coordination skills. Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements and deadlines.

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
