Job Description Identify and evaluate federal, state, municipal, and commercial project opportunities for pursuit Lead the development of competitive proposals, bids, and estimating packages Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to prepare accurate cost estimates Coordinate with internal leadership and operations teams on bid strategy and project pursuits Manage the proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners Prepare scheduling assumptions and project timelines using scheduling software Support preconstruction efforts and provide estimating expertise to executive leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
