$25•28/hour , depending on experience Overtime & schedule flexibility may be required 100% Onsite | GMP Manufacturing Environment We're seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Specialist I to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field who wants to build hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality and cGMP manufacturing . What You'll Do Support senior QA personnel during real-time manufacturing activities Maintain an active QA presence on the manufacturing floor Assist with batch record reviews for completeness and accuracy Review logbooks, equipment records, cleaning documentation, and other quality records Support routine line clearance activities Identify and report quality observations or documentation discrepancies Assist with deviations, investigations, and remediation activities Follow GMP procedures, SOPs, safety requirements, and cleanroom practices Complete required GMP, safety, and compliance training Maintain proper gowning and behavior while working in classified manufacturing areas What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field 0-1 year of experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environment Exposure to aseptic manufacturing is a plus but not required Basic understanding of GMP/cGMP principles or a strong willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a cleanroom/gowning environment Ability to perform physical tasks associated with working in classified manufacturing areas Important Details This is a fully onsite position with no remote or hybrid option.
