The Quotation Specialist is responsible for obtaining market information and providing quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge to prepare packages for various projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing large project bids. Must work closely with various departments within the organization. Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.) and meet Customer Timelines/Dead Lines. Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors. Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business. Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions. Other duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in PVF sourcing required. Excellent customer service skills. Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP preferred. Proficient project management skills and able to multi task.
