Job Description

Remote Provider Credentialing Specialist (Temporary Contract) We are partnering with a provider-led healthcare organization specializing in value-based primary care and health insurance for senior living and skilled nursing residents to hire a Provider Credentialing Specialist. This role is open due to seasonal volume and offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact—apply today!

Overview:

3-month contract assignment Fully remote M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM CST Pay:

$22-$66/hr (DOE)

Start Date:

September 28 Equipment provided

Hiring ASAP Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle provider credentialing for a health plan network Review and process provider applications to ensure compliance with credentialing standards Maintain accurate provider records and documentation Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies Utilize credentialing systems, SharePoint, and Excel to track and manage applications Support risk mitigation and member safety through proper credentialing practices Meet production expectations of 250 provider applications per month

Requirements:

3+ years of provider credentialing experience Must have experience working with or for a health plan (not just provider enrollment) Experience using SharePoint Proficient in Excel and credentialing software Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals
