Job Description
About the Opportunity We are recruiting a Sales Operations & Contract Analyst for a leading PE-backed SaaS company serving over 95,000 mission-driven organizations across the United States. This is a stable, growing organization with a strong operational foundation and a culture that values people who take pride in doing important work well. This role sits at the center of how deals get done — supporting the Lead-to-Cash process by keeping contracts accurate, CRM data clean, and sales workflows moving efficiently. You'll have cross-functional visibility with Sales, Legal, and Finance from day one, making this a strong foundation for a long-term career in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations. What You'll Do Contract Support Review and validate client contracts pre- and post-execution for accuracy and compliance Support contract lifecycle processes including routing, execution, and replacements Partner with Sales and Legal to resolve contract discrepancies and clarify deal terms Ensure contract and financial data aligns accurately between systems Proactively identify and resolve contract-related issues with internal stakeholders CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate and complete data across Salesforce including Accounts, Opportunities, and Products Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps Validate opportunity data to ensure alignment with sales processes and reporting requirements Support ongoing data governance and quality initiatives Sales Operations Support Support day-to-day Sales Operations processes across the sales cycle Manage requests through a group inbox and case queue environment Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation to drive consistency Help identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency Assist with rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and system updates Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams What We're Looking For Required 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Contract Administration, Business Operations, or a related field Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable handling repetitive but critical operational tasks without losing focus Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing requests Preferred Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad Strong Excel skills including data validation and basic reporting Exposure to SOPs, process documentation, or workflow optimization Basic understanding of sales processes, pricing models, and contract structures Who You Are Detail-driven — you catch what others miss Highly organized — you manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball Execution-focused — you thrive in doing the work, not just planning it Collaborative — you partner effectively across teams to get things done Adaptable — you're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Process-minded — you follow structure and help improve it over time What's In It for You $65,000 base salary Full benefits package including healthcare, flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and mental health support Hybrid schedule — 2 to 3 days in office per week Cross-functional visibility with Sales, Legal, and Finance from day one Strong foundation for a long-term career in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations Mission-driven company culture with real purpose behind the work
