Senior Contract Manager Benefits Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k), with march Paid time off Strong bonus Hybrid remote schedule Senior Contract Manager Qualifications Education -Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Pre-Law, or a related field; a Juris Doctor (JD) or MBA preferred 5-10+ years of experience in construction contract management, project administration, or construction law. Strong understanding of commercial construction agreements, including owner-contractor, contractor-subcontractor, and vendor/supplier contracts. Demonstrated expertise negotiating indemnity, insurance, LDs, change orders, payment terms, and warranty obligations. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, scopes, and bid documents. Experience supporting projects in commercial, industrial, civil, or perimeter security environments. Proficiency with contract management tools (Procore, DocuSign, Bluebeam, etc.). Exceptional communication, writing, and redlining skills. Strong business judgment and ability to balance risk with operational realities
