Senior Contracts & Subcontracts Administrator:
This role oversees activities across the full lifecycle of contracts, from initial development through closeout. Responsibilities include comprehensive contract and subcontract management, with a strong emphasis on pre-award efforts such as drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements and teaming arrangements, preparing subcontractor solicitation materials, conducting pricing evaluations, and negotiating commercial terms. Post-award duties include maintaining compliant documentation aligned with a DCMA-approved purchasing system, resolving contractual issues, and managing closeout processes, along with full-cycle procurement execution. Oversee full lifecycle administration of prime contracts and subcontracts, serving as the primary liaison to Government Contracting Officers and managing daily contract activities. Review contract awards and ensure proper execution throughout the lifecycle. Develop subcontract flow-downs aligned with prime requirements while mitigating risk and supporting business objectives. Support development of procurement policies in accordance with DCMA purchasing system standards. Negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and contract terms. Prepare and issue subcontractor solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, bid packages) in line with customer and regulatory requirements. Source, solicit, and evaluate supplier/subcontractor proposals. Conduct cost and price analyses to support negotiations and awards. Negotiate, award, and administer contracts and subcontracts of varying complexity. Serve as the main interface between contracting officers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally and resolve contractual issues through to completion. Maintain compliant contract files per FAR and internal policies; support audits and compliance reviews. Assist with audit responses and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Manage supplier onboarding and maintain approved vendor lists. Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules. Qualifications for the
