Job Summary:

We're seeking a commercially sharp contracts professional to support complex electric construction work across a large and dynamic project portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to influence cost control, contractual compliance, and delivery performance while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage EPC, lump sum bid, sole source, and unit rate-based construction contracts across the electric project portfolio. Lead inspection, cost validation, change order reconciliation, negotiation, dispute resolution, and related contract administration activities. Support delivery of the annual electric capital construction workplan with a focus on cost control and technical contract compliance. Build effective relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders, and support emergency planning activities during weather events.

Required:

3-5 years of experience in contract management, construction management, project management, financial and/or data analysis, compliance, research, or engineering within the electric utility or another technical industry. 3-5 years of quantitative and qualitative pricing analysis and validation in construction preferred. 2-3 years of estimating background preferred, with EPC experience highly desirable. Advanced Procore experience highly desirable; proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel, and Word required.
