- Serve as the Product Lead for the Client Financial & Contract Management workstream.
- Define, communicate, and continually refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Partner with Finance, Client Engagement, Contract Management, Billing, Operations, Product, and Technology leaders to understand business challenges and priorities.
- Evaluate current financial and contracting processes to identify friction points, manual work, visibility gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state workflows and digital capabilities that improve financial accuracy, contractual alignment, operational efficiency, and transparency.
- Own the team backlog by creating, refining, prioritizing, and maintaining features and user stories.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that give engineering and testing teams clear direction.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions and provide feedback on completed work to confirm that acceptance criteria have been met.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, epics, and planning increments.
- Support testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, architecture, operations, and business teams throughout delivery.
- Develop OKRs, KPIs, and feature-level measurement plans tied to financial accuracy, operational efficiency, product health, client satisfaction, and business value.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identify issues, and use findings to adjust future priorities.
- Lead product demonstrations and communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Help establish effective team practices and mentor less-experienced team members.

- 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, project management, consulting, IT, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience working in Agile product development.
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing a product roadmap and team backlog.
- Ability to translate business strategy and complex requirements into:
- Product features
- Scalable workflows and processes
- User stories
- Detailed acceptance criteria
- Experience leading backlog refinement, prioritization, dependency management, and planning activities.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business, product, technology, operations, and other partner teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use product and performance data to identify issues and inform prioritization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting product direction, recommendations, and demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
