This is an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit Schedule interviews and partner with hiring managers Manage high-volume candidate communications and follow-up Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records in the ATS Track recruiting metrics and support hiring goals across the organization

What We're Looking For:
