- Thorough knowledge of USC policies and procedures
- Ability to coordinate administrative functions, maintain efficient business and accounting practices, multitask, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong analytical and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and confidentiality when handling complex administrative and financial matters. Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Research Administrator, knowledge of USC policies and procedures, proficiency with USCeRA, Peoplesoft Finance, and HCM.
