Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spirits, mixology, and wine knowledge, with experience working in a restaurant environment. This role involves creating memorable beverage experiences for guests by utilizing local ingredients and collaborating closely with talented back-of-house staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. All candidates must possess a valid South Carolina recognized Alcohol Certification. A $1000 sign-on bonus is available once out of the training process. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and spirits with precision. Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience Maintain a thorough knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques to provide expert recommendations to guests Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders accurately Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and ensure exceptional service standards Collaborate with back-of-house staff to utilize local ingredients in beverage creation Uphold all safety and alcohol service regulations in accordance with South Carolina laws Participate in ongoing training sessions led by industry professionals and brand ambassadors Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere focused on delivering memorable experiences for all guests Skills Proven experience in bartending within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and transactions Valid South Carolina recognized Alcohol Certification is required Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the hospitality industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team to craft exceptional drinks using local ingredients, collaborate with talented colleagues, and grow your career through ongoing education and unique opportunities.
