SUMMARY The Program Manager, Government Contract Vehicles is responsible for the management, maintenance, optimization, and growth of assigned government contract vehicles and programs, including DAPA, ECAT, GSA, and other government agreements. This position works cross-functionally to maintain contract compliance, manage product and pricing information, coordinate government submissions, monitor program performance, and support projects related to government programs and contract vehicles.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain assigned government contract vehicles, including DAPA, ECAT, GSA, and other government programs. Maintain accurate product, pricing, and contract information. Coordinate contract additions, deletions, modifications, and government submissions. Track submissions through approval and communicate status updates. Maintain Prime Vendor information and required documentation, including PIRFs and PVONs. Ensure compliance with applicable contract and program requirements. Evaluate contract performance, sales, margins, customer demand, and market conditions. Identify opportunities to optimize and expand government contract vehicles. Recommend product, pricing, and sourcing changes as appropriate. Partner with Federal Sales and other departments to support contract strategy and growth. Manage projects related to government programs, contract expansion, and process improvements. Establish and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure deadlines and responsibilities are communicated. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues as needed. Serve as an internal resource for assigned government contracts and program requirements. Coordinate with customers, government representatives, Prime Vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Provide KPIs and reporting on contract performance, pricing, compliance, and program trends. Communicate significant program changes, risks, and opportunities to leadership. Maintain accurate and organized contract and program records. Ensure documentation is accessible for business needs, audits, and government inquiries.

AUTHORITY
Authority to manage assigned government contract vehicles and make recommendations regarding contract optimization, product placement, pricing, program administration, and project execution within established company and program requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountable for the accurate, timely, and compliant management, maintenance, documentation, reporting, and project execution associated with assigned government contract vehicles and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
Experience in program management, project management, government contracting, contract administration, sales operations, or a related field. Experience with U.S. Government contracts and programs, including DAPA, ECAT, GSA, or similar government contract vehicles preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with ERP, CRM, contract management, or project management systems preferred. Proposal writing or experience supporting government solicitations and contract-related submissions is a plus. DEMANDS Time and Availability Must be able to work at least 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or some variation thereof. Hybrid onsite in Greer, SC preferred. Travel Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% based on business and program requirements. Domestic and international travel may be required. Must be able to obtain and maintain required travel documentation, including a valid passport when applicable.
