Job Description

The Appraisal and Repair Administrator is a vital member of the SSW Appraisal and Repair team, primarily responsible for liaising with Zale's and Kay's banners and clients. The newly created role will support the department by serving as the first point of contact and ensuring the smooth operation of the department's communication and administrative tasks. Successfully performing the responsibilities and taking on daily external communication will allow the subject matter experts to focus on the work on hand.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectation
Communication Management:
Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries.
Record Keeping:
Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases.
Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available.
Team Support:
To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members.
Problem Solving:
