Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

• Basic Qualifications
• + Bachelors degree from an accredited college + Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) + Experienced in procurement principles, contract management, supply chain management + Advanced to Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Desired Skills
• + Aero Industry Experience + Experience with Competitions and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Proposals + Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion + Experience with Engineering Change Notices + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Full-Time Salary Range:

$72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
