Job Description

Correctional Health Services Administrator (HSA) RN provides 8-week nursing care for inmates in Cleveland, TN. The role delivers comprehensive medical support and collaborates with security staff to maintain a safe environment. It includes competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates, including assessments, treatments, and health education. Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment during health interventions. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in electronic health records. Execute emergency procedures and respond promptly to urgent health issues. Maintain compliance with security protocols and facility rules during shifts.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid CPR certification. Optional initial or refresher training in correctional health. Minimum 2 years corrections experience as a registered nurse. Prior experience working with inmates or in a correctional health setting. Health Services Administrator (HSA) experience.
