Job Description
## Standard Job Description As the PAC-3 Production Estimating Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for the development, oversight, and execution of cost estimating and pricing strategies that directly support proposals. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the estimating organization. What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analysis Mgr you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of cost‑estimating activities for PAC‑3 Production proposals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, coordination, and submission of cost, schedule, and technical elements for all proposals.
- Prioritize and manage team workload to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal deliveries.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance assessment for estimating personnel.
- Review and validate cost estimates to ensure adherence to internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Champion the professional development and training of all estimating personnel to foster growth and strengthen organizational capability.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the estimating function.

- Experience with developing proposals in accordance with
FAR & DFARS
within a DOD environment as well as commercial and competitive proposal requests ## Desired Skills- Demonstrated leadership skills including excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train, lead and direct team members.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and effectively communicate insights, recommendations to executive leaders
- Experience with reviewing estimates / proposals for compliance with RFP, Government regulations per FAR, and internal processes.
- Experience supporting
DCAA / DCMA
