Job Description Position Purpose:
The Contract Control Coordinator's role is to support the branch in the planning, development and launch of efficient business and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. They will be responsible for organizing and reviewing all Branch billing packet information for approval of invoice drafts. All supporting documentation for invoicing will be confirmed as accurate and ready to finalize. They will analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. They will be responsible for ensuring quality enhancements to database integrity that leads to a reduction in unbilled revenue and a lower Branch DSO.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Operations side Invoice Control - Preparation and Review of billing packets/documents; signed off and delivered to accounting coordinators for final billing Responsible for RFS review Continued maintenance of existing Customer Price Books and creation of new ones Maintain Account Management System (AMS), including setup of customers and generator s. Utilize government websites in generator setup compliance Review contract language to ensure contract compliance for account setup Maintain Account Management System (AMS), including setup of customers and generators. Utilize government websites in generator setup compliance Review contract language to ensure contract compliance for account setup Maintain generic email account to process all customer /generator contract and pricing related requests Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education/Experience/Background:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent related work experience preferred 2+ Years of experience in related field preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong familiarity with standard Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a results driven environment.
