Description:
This position is for the Component Repair Activation Proposal team within the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office. The selected candidate will serve as a proposal Program Manager with responsibility for proposal preparation, supporting work statement development, BOE development, supplier coordination, and proposal negotiations. In addition to proposal ownership, the selected candidate will operate across the Program Management Office (PMO) and the full spectrum of functional teams, including Finance and Contracts, to guarantee successful delivery of contractual obligations while meeting financial and schedule commitments. The selected individual will be focused on the core PMO responsibilities:
    Risk & Opportunity Management:
    Implement and sustain a comprehensive risk and opportunity process that spans the across the Supply portfolio, ensuring early identification, quantification, and mitigation of program level threats and the capture of value adding opportunities.
    • Contractual & Earned Value Management (EVM): Lead all required contractual modifications, maintain accurate EVM reporting, and oversee portfolio wide cost and schedule performance metrics to support informed decision making and compliance with contract terms.
    • DD250 Close out
    Execution:
    Drive the end to end execution of DD250 close out activities, coordinating with contracting, finance, and quality teams to achieve timely, audit ready submissions. This role demands strong stakeholder communication, decisive problem solving, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. The selected individual will work collaboratively with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and Integrated Customer Teams during proposal development to align requirements with program objectives, and will continue coordination through contract execution. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally and externally.
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher education, or equivalent combination of education/work experience
    • Experience in Earned Value Management and/or a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)
    • Working-level knowledge of
    Proposal Process:
    BOE Authoring, Internal Reviews, Negotiations, Supplier Coordination, etc.
    • Program or Project Management background
    • Experience managing multi-concurrent Projects and Actions across different functions
    Desired Skills:
    • Experience as a CAM across multiple contracts, programs, or control accounts
    • Experience participating in EVM compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)
    • Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data
    • Experience working with F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO)
    • Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management (Using ROADS)
    • Experience in Contract Management
    • Experience in integration of complex and ambiguous program requirements
    • Experience in process development, continuous improvement, dynamic problem solving
    • Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills
    • Detail oriented, possess strong communication and leadership skills and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a cohesive team-oriented environment
    Security Clearance Statement:

    Part-time Remote Telework:
    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
    Work Schedules:
