Toll Brothers , America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Land Development Administrator to assist with administrative and land development/approval/entitlement responsibilities in our office located in Grapevine, Texas. What is the opportunity? This position is on-site 5 days per week. The Land Development Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities in support of land development operations. What are the primary responsibilities? Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Land Development Department to include maintaining calendar & scheduling appointments; preparing letters of credit, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, & other documents; answering telephone inquiries; greeting visitors; processing permits; maintaining files & records; purchasing office supplies & equipment; processing incoming & outgoing mail; overbudget report review Update & maintain accurate project development budgets at the direction of the Land Development Manager Invoice coding, & processing Production of contracts, purchase orders, change orders & contract Exhibit B's (in Excel) at the direction of the Land Development Manager Ensure that signing limit protocols are followed for all contracts, purchase orders, change orders, & invoices Support and enforce all company standards including those mandated by internal audit Prepare monthly Concur expense reports Coordinate travel arrangements Run monthly vendor insurance reports Run weekly over budget reports and distribute to appropriate manager All other duties as assigned This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
