Must-haves:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 - 7 years' experience working with contracts, clauses, templates, legal documentation or commercial agreements
Strong proficiency with Ms Word, including advanced formatting, styles, tables, headers/footers, and document controls
Strong attention to detail and document quality control skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities
Plusses:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
Experience supporting CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ariba, OpenContract, GEP, or similar systems
Experience performing requirements gathering, system testing, validation, or quality assurance activities
Experience working with procurement, supply chain, legal, and/or contracts organizations
Familiarity with contract clause libraries and template governance
Previous experience supporting system implementations or business process improvement initiatives or as a technical writer
Demonstrated ability to drive behavioral change, process adoption, and organizational alignment
Range:
