This position performs (senior-level) technical administrative support and technical assistance to the Community Care Services Contracts Operations unit. Assists contract administration manager (CAM) in completing special assignments as needed. Assists with reviewing, tracking and monitoring contract documents and requisitions following routing processes and procedures. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs other related work as assigned This position handles relatively complex contract administrative support and technical assistance.
Skill in managing multiple priorities and projects and meeting tight deadlines. Skill in communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. Skill in formulating written communication for various audiences. Skill in the use of a computer and applicable software.
Ability to evaluate contract; evaluate fiscal data for reasonableness, necessity, and conformity with contract requirements. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulations regarding contract enrollment and maintenance. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical information; to make arithmetical computations and tabulations; to identify problems and plan corrective actions; to prepare and submit reports; to compose and prepare letters, memos and reports; to derive information from observations and interviews; to understand and follow instructions. Ability to organize workload and set priorities to promote quality and efficiency of service delivery. Ability to problem solve and mediate. Ability to develop and maintain document tracking and filing system manually and with a computer. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability to self-motivate and flexible to priority changes and frequent and extensive edits of documents and special projects. Ability to implement administrative procedures; to interpret rules, regulations, and procedures. Ability to provide guidance to others and to work in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
(EJF): Assists Program Specialist III with coordination, processing, and monitoring of CCSC purchase requests, requisitions, invoices, vouchers, payment requests, and performs financial program support for CCSC. Tracks, monitors and reports on status of requisitions and invoices. (20%) Provides administrative and operational support to the CCSC Director andCCSC CAM.
Coordinates and completes travel for the CCSC Director, CCSC CAM and Regional Enrollment and Monitoring Director by utilizing eTravel. (5%) Completes all entries for new contracts and amendments in CAPPS Financials. (25%) Monitors and routes contract documents and letters for signature. (25%) Completes quality assessment reviews on contract documents to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. (15%) Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholder to provide, exchange, or verify information, answer inquiries, address issues, and resolve problems. Completes additional tasks, projects, or assignments upon request to support the operation of CCSC. Must also perform other duties as assigned and necessary.
