You'll Need:

Advanced knowledge in the field of Construction Contracts. Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards and equipment. Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports, technical documents and insurance certificates. Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures. Time management and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel in a diverse work community.

Compensation & Perks:

$95,000 - $120,000 base salary (DOE) Performance Bonus Paid vacation
