This role works with program and technical staff throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from planning through contract closeout. Advise program and technical staff on federal acquisition requirements for services and commercial purchases. Support acquisition planning in accordance with FAR Part 7. Prepare procurement documents and enter information into contracting systems. Experience with PRISM is preferred. Prepare purchase requests, contract modification packages, and other documents related to contract changes. Assist with solicitation, evaluation, award, post-award administration, and contract closeout activities. Maintain an Excel tracker showing the status of contract actions. Assess requirements, participate in team discussions, and provide practical recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher and at least five years of relevant experience. Federal acquisition knowledge and experience equivalent to FAC-C Level II training and experience. Familiarity with civil rights and equal opportunity programs, such as ADA, Title VI, DBE, and EEO, preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office, and internet research skills.
