- Own the schedule and quality of every proposal, ensuring all requirements are met. Process rigor and risk management
- Apply and tailor established proposal processes, continuously monitoring and mitigating risk. Strategic proposal planning
- Develop and execute efficient plans for complex, competitive solicitations from U.S. Government, international, and commercial customers. Capture partnership
- Align with capture leaders to assess bid readiness and translate Northrop Grumman's capabilities into clear, easy‑to‑evaluate proposals. Cross‑functional leadership
- Influence and coordinate both local and geographically dispersed teams to produce cohesive, compelling submissions. Continuous improvement
- Drive proposal‑process enhancements, create tools, and design/ deliver training across the sector.
