We seek a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Pricing Analyst to join our Proposal Support Team. The ideal candidate has the ability to perform cost estimating/pricing-related duties and analysis in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a keen understanding of cost estimating within government contracting environments and the ability to communicate financial information to Sr. Leadership. Job responsibilities : Develop, analyze, evaluate. Coordinate, prepare, and support cost proposals submitted to the Government. Lead cost analysis, price-to-win analysis, and financial modeling in developing pricing submissions in response to Government-issued solicitations, including cost-plus, fixed-price, and time-and-materials contracts. Experience with analyzing program requirements, coordinating, and preparing material basis of estimates (BOEs) to support internal proposal pricing reviews. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support contract negotiations, bid proposals, and program cost assessments Collaborate with program managers, procurement teams, and Sr. leadership to ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFAR) Provide strategic recommendations based on cost analysis and financial data to improve project profitability and efficiency Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations related to cost accounting standards (CAS), financial reporting, and auditing requirements Review and analyze direct and indirect costs, overhead rates, and material costs to ensure they align with contract requirements Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and presentations for internal and government stakeholders Support contract audits and work closely with external auditors to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contract costs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 5+ years of related experience in proposal pricing, cost estimating or financial analysis. Extensive knowledge of MS Excel is required. U.S. Citizenship is required with ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.Similar remote jobs
