Job Description
The Department of Facilities & Fleet Management's Buildings & Grounds Division (B&G) helps to support the foundation of local democracy by supporting the facilities and grounds used by residents, visitors, and County employees every day. The division is comprised of an administrative team, two custodial teams, a grounds team, and five maintenance teams spanning Prince William County. B&G is seeking a detail-oriented Business Services Specialist to join our administrative team as we continue to improve and strive to be the best facilities maintenance team. This position is ideal for an entry-level procurement or systems support professional interested in facilities and grounds maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
