Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Manager to lead the organization's contract lifecycle from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities :

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to handle and generate NDAs, TAs, CTAs, and JVs. Ability to maintain contract agreements between Brite and other companies. Ability to maintain contract agreements between Brite and federal agencies. Ability to communicate with all partners and federal POCs for contract administration and related contract modifications/updates. Ability to manage contract budgets, conduct financial analysis (burn down, forecasts etc), and have a solid understanding of indirect rate calculations. Ability to administer and manage changes t GSA Contracts (eBuy, Oasis+, Polaris, Stars III 8a) from cradle to grave. Proven experience working for a small company administering their federal contracts. Knowledge of process accounting and government software is a plus. Coordinate and work with accounting to get the monthly invoices ready for dissemination and upload on IPP. Provide guidance to the proposal teams and leadership on pricing strategy and business proposals related to pricing, TAs, workshare etc.
