Job Description

This position is responsible for promoting MRO sales within the assigned region, responding to customer inquiries, managing all customer repair orders at NTA, and reviewing and negotiating customer contracts. Success in this position requires close coordination with the repair station, production, engineering, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, repair progress is monitored, and order status is communicated proactively. The individual is expected to identify and resolve issues that may impact turnaround time, quality, or customer satisfaction, while maintaining regular communication with customers regarding repair status, schedule changes, and delivery commitments. Additionally, the position supports business development initiatives by monitoring market trends, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate customer and sales records, and contributing to sales forecasts and performance reports. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced MRO environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Repair Orders Management (50%) Focal point for internal and external customers on all repair orders related matter Pricing of repair orders per customer contracts or catalog Submit quotations to customers and obtain customers approval Ensure repair orders are executed per contract and customer requirements (Pricing, TAT, Work Scope etc.) Respond to customer inquiries and communicate order status with customers AOG support Warranty Administration Record keeping Update Order information in Visual Promotion of MRO Sales (30%) Identify, review and analyze customer and product trends Work with Customer Support Engineer to develop potential maintenance recommendations for customers Conduct business case study through data analysis Develop and make proposals to customers Promote sales through participation of industry events and meetings with customers Contracts Administration (10%) Review and make comment on draft customer contracts Focal for Repair contracts negotiation with customers Manage current contracts and ensure compliance Other Department Responsibility (10%) Create and maintain various reports as required by management Support in development of sales forecast and strategy as needed Backup of other account managers as required Special projects assigned by CSO manager Previous experience in aerospace MRO customer support and contract administration Ability to creatively develop business proposals by data analysis and business case study Excellent skills in presenting to customers Technical knowledge and experience in aerospace is a plus Knowledge of MS Office Suite programs; excellent skills in creating power point presentations and analyze data with excel Excellent written & verbal English language proficiency Demonstrated positive professional demeanor, interpersonal and team building skills.
EDUCATION PREFERRED
Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree in appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience is required.

This is a full time, non-exempt position, eligible for full company benefits Occasional travel will be required Pay We provide a competitive salary range for this role - up to $95,000 per annum + bonus and benefits, depending on level and experience.
