Schedule:
5 days/week, with occasional 6th day About the Role We're seeking a Field Contract Administrator to support a large-scale pipeline facilities construction project. This is a field-based position located on-site in Pulaski, WI, supporting our Supply Chain and Project Controls functions. Scope of Work The Field Contract Administrator will support cost-reimbursable contracts for the project, working closely with the general contractor's team on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of contract administration fundamentals, including: Interpreting and applying contract requirements Familiarity with union labor agreements Reviewing and validating invoice backup and supporting documentation Qualifications Prior experience as a Field Contract Administrator, Contract Analyst, or similar role within construction, pipeline, or industrial project environments Working knowledge of cost-reimbursable contract structures Comfort working with union labor agreements and associated documentation Basic to intermediate computer proficiency; role is almost entirely computer-based Ability to learn proprietary project software (training provided) Willingness to work on-site full time at the Pulaski, WI location Additional Details This is a field position, candidates must be willing to relocate to or commute to Pulaski, WI for the duration of the assignment Specific software training will be provided; no special laptop/equipment requirements beyond standard computer use
