Job Description & Requirements:

Under the guidance of Senior Management, the Aircraft Paint Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day production processes of complete strip and paint projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate must be someone with excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering superior results who understands what it means to be a working manager.

Qualifications:
  • Senior level paint and layout experience w/ 5 + years of experience, preferred.
  • Quality driven with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in paint mixing and other aircraft painting equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Computer experience with Outlook, MO365/Office gives you a leg up.
