M&A Finance Manager

Lead diligence planning and coordinate cross-functional reviews across financial, operational, legal, and compliance areas. Build and maintain transaction models for a range of deal structures, including acquisitions, minority investments, and contingent consideration arrangements. Analyze post-close performance against key metrics and provide insights to enhance value and operational efficiency. Support transition to integration teams to help ensure a smooth post-deal handoff. Develop materials and present insights to executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders. Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Partner across teams to drive alignment and support a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of FP&A with supervisory experience (required) Degree in Finance or Accounting (required) Significant M&A involvement Ability to go on site 4 days a week Salary $110-120k plus bonus To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
