Job Description
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact. - Gathering, normalizing, validating, and analyzing transactional data, including sales and inventory data, to develop and test deal hypotheses
- Working with cross-functional teams across financial, accounting, operational, and tax due diligence to manage data analysis and support transaction execution
- Using business intelligence tools and data analytics to generate meaningful insights tied to client investment hypotheses and transaction decisions
- Identifying opportunities to design and develop visualizations and dashboards that enable effective and repeatable analysis of large transactional datasets
- Working with teams and advising clients directly, including C-suite and private equity executives, while coordinating with FP&A and Strategic Finance personnel to identify, collect, and validate data from client databases Team members collaborate with other transaction service analytics professionals, members of the deal teams and clients to produce analyses within fast-paced transaction deadlines.
