Onsite Tour Partnership Associate Manager Shape the future of travel by managing and innovating products, exclusive partnerships, and high-impact promotions that inspire members and support Travel Advisors. You'll support organizational performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver experiences that drive growth, loyalty, and competitive advantage. What You'll Do Lead product strategy, promotions, and enhancements to drive sales growth and margin performance. Analyze trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify opportunities and close performance gaps. Own key KPIs (sales, profitability, retention) and optimize partnerships and offers. Partner with vendors to negotiate offers, promotions and training. Lead cross-functional execution across marketing, digital, analytics, and operations to bring products to market. Drive retention initiatives and improve the end-to-end member experience. Partner with technology teams to enhance digital capabilities and support omnichannel growth What You Bring 1-3+ years in product management, travel, or related field is required. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
